Chief Financial Officer

Masters Degree required in Business Administration or foreign equivalent plus 2 years post bachelor ate experience.  Duties include directing the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts and annual budgets. Preparing financial information in order to complete tax returns. Supervising employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.  Conducting audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Receiving, recording, and authorizing requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of in-house accountant.
